Serving as a key point of contact for resolving accounts related to deceased individuals, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Account Representative will work remotely to generate and field calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and document accounts with sensitivity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls related to account resolutions
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed with clients and estates
- Accurately document accounts and adhere to company policies and information security protocols
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software
