Job Summary
Serving as a key point of contact for account resolution, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Account Representative will work remotely to manage sensitive communications with estates, attorneys, and family representatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls related to account resolution
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up with necessary parties regarding claim filing
- Accurately document accounts and uphold company information security and privacy responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software
