Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Analyst I/Epic Radiant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical program supporting applications
- Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users
- Maintain system updates and ensure professional standards while delivering customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma with two years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Epic Radiant and/or Epic Cupid certification(s) preferred
- Understanding of radiology, cardiology, and procedural area workflows/integrated applications is highly preferred
- Good customer service skills are necessary
