Job Summary
To support AI training initiatives, the part-time Freelance Mechanical CAD & Simulation Engineer will design part geometry, build reference solutions, and evaluate AI agents in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Train and evaluate AI agents within a CAD environment on complex engineering tasks
- Design part geometry and provide reference solutions for CFD engineers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate simulations of built geometries
Required qualifications
- A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; a Master's or PhD is a plus
- 5+ years of hands-on CAD modeling experience (CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar)
- An active professional CAD license
- Proficiency in Python and GitHub
- English language proficiency at B2 level or above
