Job Summary
To support the development of clinical competency assessments, the part-time remote South Carolina Licensed Clinical Content Writer will leverage their expertise as a Registered Nurse to create and review assessment materials for Electrophysiology Lab nursing practice.
Key responsibilities
- Develop competency-based assessment questions for Electrophysiology Lab RNs
- Create self-assessment tools outlining key skills and competencies for Electrophysiology nursing
- Review content to ensure alignment with evidence-based practice and clinical standards
Required qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BSN preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience in Electrophysiology Lab, Cardiac Catheterization Lab, or Critical Care within the last 5 years
- Demonstrated competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and procedural patient care
- Ability to work independently and meet project deliverables
