Job Summary
Overseeing a workflow redesign project, the contract Epic Revenue Cycle Manager will lead a remote team of 20 analysts and manage various Epic revenue cycle modules in preparation for an upgrade.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and present a workflow redesign and roadmap
- Manage a group of Epic analysts across multiple revenue cycle areas
- Lead the implementation of Epic's Emmie, Chart with Art, and Penny AI tools as part of the upgrade process
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience managing an Epic Revenue Cycle and/or Patient Access Team
- Prior or current Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle modules
- Prior consulting experience
- Recent demonstrated experience managing a team remotely
