Job Summary
To support the South Carolina Foster Care department, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Foster Care Coordinator will manage foster placements by providing case management, conducting home visits, and engaging in outreach efforts, while working in a hybrid remote environment based in Greenville, SC.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits and provide case management and support to foster families
- Coordinate services and manage documentation and compliance tasks
- Engage in marketing and outreach efforts to increase visibility of the foster care program
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in social work or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Valid Driver License and ability to meet credentialing and licensing standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and designation as a Qualified Professional in SC
- Ability to work primarily with clients in Greenville, SC
