Job Summary

To support efficient patient communication and clinical workflows, the full-time South Carolina Licensed In-Basket Manager will oversee a remote centralized clinical care team, managing daily operations, staff performance, and quality assurance across multiple clinic locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily In-Basket operations, ensuring timely handling of patient communications and escalating urgent clinical concerns
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, addressing any attendance or performance issues while participating in hiring and onboarding
• Build and manage staff schedules, ensuring equitable distribution of work and coverage for absences

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 5 years of progressive experience in ambulatory healthcare, clinical operations, or healthcare administration
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Knowledge of electronic health records and clinical workflows
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
