Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Remote Insurance Representative will take inbound calls from warm leads, educate customers on insurance products, and close sales while working from home in South Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective insureds to identify their needs and match them with appropriate insurance solutions
• Educate customers on various insurance products and identify opportunities for upselling additional services
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues by researching and analyzing information related to insurance and service offerings

Required qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in using multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Availability to attend 100% of the paid training period and work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays
