Job Summary
To provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients, the part-time South Carolina Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will facilitate group therapy sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices and curriculum
- Engage clients and foster group cohesion while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality
- Participate in regular check-ins and collaborative treatment team meetings with clinical leadership
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions with reliable internet access
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
