Job Summary
To support a growing initiative in South Carolina, the part-time South Carolina Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy and mental health assessments to K-12 students and school staff, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team while working remotely as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to students and school staff in partner districts
- Engage in case discussions with team members to enhance collaborative care
- Build strong relationships with school leadership, staff, students, and families to support mental health initiatives
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
- Active independent license in South Carolina (LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and/or motivational interviewing
- Proven experience delivering care via telehealth
- Strong technological skills and access to reliable high-speed internet
