Job Summary

Overseeing the operations management of multiple employer worksites, the full-time remote Senior Client Operations Director will serve as the main client contact, focusing on strategic integration and client satisfaction while managing health and wellness services.

Key responsibilities

• Directs operations management and serves as the primary client liaison for strategic initiatives and service expansions
• Implements performance improvement processes and innovative standards to enhance health center operations
• Provides leadership and mentorship to site and operations teams, ensuring effective communication and operational outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in a business environment, with a strong background in Occupational Health
• Experience managing virtual teams and healthcare operations in a medical or similar environment
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process efficiency management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
