- Track and organize operational metrics and develop review processes with ambulatory leadership
- Execute project plans aimed at improving performance across the ambulatory network
- Collaborate with leadership to establish operating procedures and enhance workflows for better quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in health administration or business administration
- At least 1 year of progressive work experience in a relevant field
- 5 years of progressive work experience preferred
- Experience managing initiatives and strategic priorities
- Knowledge of compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws
