Job Summary

Collaborating with Level I & II Predictive Reliability Technicians, the full-time Regional Predictive Reliability Tech Level III will lead predictive maintenance programs across multiple Shaw extrusion manufacturing plants, utilizing various software and instruments for data collection and analysis while traveling as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform predictive maintenance duties at designated Shaw Plants, optimizing and maintaining PdM strategies
• Utilize software and instruments for data collection, analysis, and reporting of vibration, ultrasound, and other predictive maintenance data
• Train and mentor Level I & II PdM technicians while ensuring compliance with scheduled monitoring and completion timeframes

Required qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of experience in predictive maintenance, mechanical, or electrical assignments
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 18 months of vibration analysis experience
• Ability to achieve ISO Category III Vibration Analyst certification with a score of 70% or greater
• Working knowledge of vibration, infrared, ultrasound, and lubricant testing equipment and analysis
