Job Summary

Responding to complex inquiries from customers and clients, the full-time remote South Carolina Licensed Project Attorney will manage escalated issues, collaborate with business partners, and develop procedures to enhance project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to complex inquiries through various communication methods, including phone and email
• Monitor and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams
• Assist supervisors in resolving issues and ensure the overall health of cases

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
• Strong technical orientation and excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office Suite
• Ability to handle changing priorities and support business needs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional planning, organizational skills, and critical thinking abilities
