South Carolina Licensed RN Reviewer

Job Summary

To support home health services, the PRN South Carolina Licensed RN Reviewer will complete evaluations, assessments, and documentation while ensuring continuity of patient care in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and individualized care plans
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record-keeping
• Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice

Required qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in South Carolina
• Active ICD-10 Certification
• Experience in home health services preferred
• Ability to maintain continuity of patient care
• Commitment to following established policies and procedures
