South Carolina Licensed RN Reviewer

Job Summary

To support home health services, the full-time South Carolina Licensed RN Reviewer will complete evaluations and assessments, ensure timely documentation, and maintain continuity of patient care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and individualized care plans
• Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice

Required qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in South Carolina
• Active ICD-10 Certification
• Experience in home health care preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
