Job Summary
Supervising the daily operations of care management with a focus on maternity and NICU, the full-time South Carolina Licensed RN Supervisor will manage staff, oversee specialty programs, and ensure compliance with healthcare service standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervises day-to-day activities of assigned staff and identifies training needs
- Develops and maintains procedures for conducting audits and oversees quality control functions
- Collects and analyzes data for outcomes reporting and ensures compliance with URAC/NCQA standards
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a job-related field or a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- 5 years of relevant healthcare experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead or leadership role
- Active, unrestricted RN licensure in South Carolina or a compact multistate license
- Understanding of insurance and benefit programs related to health management coverage
- Knowledge of quality improvement processes and managed care systems
