Job Summary

Coordinating and delivering clinical and educational services to patients, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Telehealth RN will manage virtual care interactions, ensuring efficient care navigation and support for providers while processing patient referrals and care planning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-visit, during visit, and post-visit care planning for patients and providers
• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, addressing various physical and emotional needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care services

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; Associate or Diploma degree holders must enroll in an accredited BSN program within two years
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
