Job Summary

Providing comprehensive virtual nursing care, the full-time South Carolina Licensed Telehealth RN will coordinate patient services, manage care planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-visit, during visit, and post-visit care for patients engaging in virtual care
• Direct and lead assigned team members while ensuring adherence to nursing standards of care
• Facilitate patient referrals and manage care plan-related needs as requested

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred; Associate or Diploma degree holders must enroll in an accredited BSN program within two years
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse required
• Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to meet physical requirements associated with patient care and clinical environments
