Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager of IS Business Application Development, the full-time South Carolina Technical Supervisor will facilitate and monitor software development operations, provide IT solutions to support academic and healthcare missions, and lead project initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates and escalates operational software development work of application engineers
- Assists in maintaining team standards and on-call coverage while managing resource utilization
- Leads project meetings and guides the onboarding process for new hires
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience
- 6 years of progressive work experience in IT
- 1 year of management experience
