Job Summary
To support a growing service delivery team, the full-time Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients remotely, focusing on renewing policies, binding new business, and enhancing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Provide quality and timely service while collaborating with team members to meet client needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in an Agency Management System
- Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM preferred
