Job Summary

To deliver approved curricula and support student learning, the part-time remote South Dakota Licensed Adjunct Accounting Faculty will provide instruction, recommend curriculum changes, and maintain accurate academic records.

Key responsibilities

• Provides instruction and teaching of approved curricula as outlined in the university's master syllabus
• Recommends curriculum changes based on industry needs and maintains accurate attendance and academic records
• Participates in faculty meetings and continuing education programs to enhance industry knowledge and skills

Required qualifications

• Earned doctorate in accounting or ABD with relevant master's degree and coursework
• Active accounting license or certification
• Five years of professional and managerial experience in accounting
• Five years of documented teaching experience in accounting at the post-secondary level
• Five years of scholarly activity in accounting
