Job Summary
Seeking a South Dakota Licensed Insurance Specialist, the full-time remote Insurance Account Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, support senior specialists, and collaborate with offshore teams while processing routine insurance tasks and adhering to established guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
- Support senior specialists and account managers by proactively processing service-related issues
- Collaborate with offshore service delivery teams on client work and provide feedback to enhance service quality
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Property and Casualty License required
- 2+ years of insurance experience (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.) required
- Professional customer service and/or processing experience required
- Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
