Job Summary
To support a growing insurance practice, the full-time South Dakota Licensed Insurance Specialist will manage customer inquiries, process routine insurance tasks, and collaborate with offshore teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and complete routine insurance tasks in the Agency Management System
- Support Senior Specialists and Account Managers by proactively processing service-related issues
- Independently operate client and carrier systems while documenting work in the client/company database
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current Property and Casualty License REQUIRED
- 2+ years of insurance experience (personal lines, commercial lines, life & health, etc.)
- Professional customer service and/or processing experience required
- Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
