Job Summary

To provide medical care to patients in Senior Care, the part-time PRN South Dakota Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work night shifts, including some weekends and holidays, under the supervision of a physician while managing patient assessments and care plans.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to senior patients in a telemedicine setting
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct patient assessments and provide necessary follow-up care

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Master's or Doctorate degree in nursing required
• One or more years of experience in geriatrics or related fields preferred
• Current South Dakota Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse licenses
• Active Federal DEA and State CSR certification required within 6 months of hire
