Job Summary
A company is looking for a Space Data Manager responsible for managing the functionality of a client's Space Management tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage data integrity of CAD floor plans and occupant data, ensuring compliance with client space data standards
- Serve as the global system administrator for the space data management system, overseeing user controls and system continuity
- Provide training and support for system users while recommending process improvements for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, or related fields
- Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and concepts
- Experience with MS Office Suite software applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external partners
