Spanish Bilingual Client Care Assistant

Job Summary

To support client engagement, the part-time Spanish Bilingual Client Care Assistant will efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and provide product information while working remotely during the shift of 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM EST.

Key responsibilities

• Quickly answer inbound calls and perform outbound calls to schedule appointments and discuss products
• Utilize sales techniques to convert calls into qualified appointments while maintaining a positive demeanor
• Handle client communications through SMS, email, and website chat, adhering to company policies and HIPAA guidelines

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience required
• Strong de-escalation skills and a consistent positive demeanor
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Willingness to learn new computer programs and processes
