Spanish Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance donor relations, the full-time Spanish Donor Engagement Specialist will engage with donors on the NMDP registry, utilizing investigative skills to locate and communicate with them, while managing donor health screenings and documentation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using various data sources and internet tools, providing education on the donation process
• Conduct health screenings and coordinate blood draws, ensuring compliance with operational standards and timelines
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to support donor operations and achieve departmental goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced internet research skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and coach individuals on behavior change
• Ability to manage confidential information and document processes accurately
