Job Summary

Seeking experienced interpreters, the contracted Spanish-English Interpreter will facilitate communication between Spanish and English speakers in a fully remote capacity, ensuring accuracy and professionalism during interactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls professionally while adhering to the interpreter's code of conduct
• Utilize industry-specific vocabulary, particularly in healthcare and medical terminology
• Participate in internal professional training and report to the team leader

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish with a minimum of 1 year of interpretation experience preferred
• Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills for maintaining accuracy
• Ability to accurately convey concepts and meanings according to established protocols
• Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication when necessary
• Technical requirements include 90% English proficiency, a steady wired internet connection, and a USB wired headset
