Job Summary
Fluent in Spanish and English, the full-time remote Spanish-Speaking Affiliate Manager will manage a portfolio of approximately 500 affiliates, focusing on relationship building, coaching, and driving engagement to enhance affiliate performance and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow an affiliate portfolio by moving affiliates through lifecycle milestones and increasing monthly trials
- Build trusted relationships through consistent follow-up, tailored support, and strategy calls with affiliates
- Coach affiliates on promotion strategies and hold them accountable to achieve clear goals and action plans
Required qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or performance marketing
- Strong emotional intelligence and a talent for building lasting relationships
- Comfort with data analysis and digital marketing landscapes, including affiliate marketing and SaaS
