Spanish Speaking Remote Therapist (NJ LSW)

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Spanish Speaking Remote Therapist (NJ LSW or LAC) will deliver high-quality clinical services, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy, while managing treatment planning and patient care coordination.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct clinical services and maintain an active caseload
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted provisional license (e.g., LSW, LAC, or equivalent)
• Foundational clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning
• Interest in evidence-based modalities such as CBT or DBT
• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health conditions preferred
