Job Summary

Managing spatial data systems, the full-time Spatial Data Manager will utilize CAD and design technology to support project management and occupancy planning while ensuring accurate space reports and data maintenance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develops designs and maintains organized file systems for As-Built Drawings using CAD software
• Generates reports and analyzes space allocation data, ensuring compliance with client processes
• Acts as the single point of contact for space technology solutions and oversees data quality assurance

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology, Space Planning, or related fields
• Four to eight years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Expertise in CAD/CAFM and space allocation methodologies
• Experience in establishing governance programs and data quality assurance reporting
• Proven ability to train users on space data management systems
