Speaker Program Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the scheduling and coordination of healthcare professional education programs, the part-time Speaker Program Specialist will oversee the program calendar, facilitate communications with HCP faculty, and ensure compliance with interaction requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate HCP education programs, including managing confirmations and cancellations
• Maintain Salesforce data and program records to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Provide administrative support for education programs, including materials preparation and post-program feedback collection

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry coordinating medical education programs
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom Webinars, Google Suite, and MS Office
• Familiarity with HCP interaction rules, such as the AdvaMed Code and the Sunshine Act/Open Payments
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
