Special Products Administrator
Job Summary
Reviewing and processing specialized loan-related requests, the full-time Special Products Administrator will support investor and client guidelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate requests related to Special Products functions in accordance with investor and client procedures
- Obtain and review necessary information to process various loan requests, including subordinations and assumptions
- Assist in maintaining departmental quality standards and complete tasks within required timeframes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of mortgage servicing experience preferred
- Knowledge of ICE mortgage servicing systems preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
