Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the part-time contract Speech Language Pathologist - Oregon/New York Licensed will conduct weekly patient sessions, collaborate with multidisciplinary care providers, and create a flexible schedule while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thoughtful and engaged therapy sessions with patients for 45 minutes once per week
• Collaborate with physicians and other care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Manage a flexible schedule with 20-40 hours of weekly availability within specified hours

Required qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Oregon or New York, with additional licenses preferred
• Experience working with older adults and patients affected by Alzheimer's disease and related cognitive disorders
• Proficiency in cognitive rehabilitation/remediation therapy
• Professional English oral and written communication skills at a lower advanced native speaker level
• Ability to provide a personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards (SOC2)
