Speech Language Pathology Professor

Job Summary

To support the education of future healthcare professionals, the part-time Adjunct Assistant Professor in Speech Language Pathology will fulfill teaching responsibilities, contribute to curriculum assessment, and mentor students while providing a learner-centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Fulfills assigned teaching load in designated courses and related clinical education
• Participates in course and curriculum assessment activities as part of a continuous improvement plan
• Mentors students and faculty, providing academic advising and timely feedback

Required qualifications

• Minimum three years of clinical supervision of speech-language pathology students
• At least three years of documented clinical practice in speech-language pathology
• Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders required
• PhD/Ed.D./SLPD in relevant fields preferred
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and strong supervisory skills
