Job Summary

To support enterprise monitoring and operational excellence initiatives, the remote Splunk Administrator will manage the Splunk platform, onboard new customers, and troubleshoot platform issues while leveraging strong Python scripting and automation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Splunk platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security
• Onboard new customers by integrating various enterprise data sources into the Splunk ecosystem
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion, indexing, and search performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Splunk Administration and Operations
• Strong experience in onboarding customers and integrating enterprise data sources into Splunk
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including systems, storage, and networking
