Splunk DBA

Job Summary

Seeking a Splunk DBA, the mostly remote position will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Splunk environments in Red Hat Linux, supporting data ingestion, application deployments, and system health monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Splunk Enterprise components on RHEL systems
• Configure and monitor data injection and application deployment to Splunk
• Manage Splunk access and monitor the health of the Splunk environment

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Splunk Administration and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
• Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining Splunk components
• Ability to create and manage Splunk reports and dashboards
• Experience promoting application changes through the SDLC into production
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
