Splunk Practice Director

Job Summary

To launch and scale a new Splunk consulting capability, the full-time remote Splunk Practice Director will manage business development, solution architecture, and practice delivery while establishing relationships with key stakeholders and leading technical engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Splunk go-to-market strategy while developing relationships with Splunk and Cisco leaders
• Architect and lead Splunk integrations across various CCaaS solutions, ensuring technical quality and solution effectiveness
• Build and scale the Splunk Professional Services Practice, including developing market-ready services and establishing delivery methodologies

Required qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise across architecture, design, and implementation
• Expertise in one or more Splunk-aligned domains such as SIEM, security operations, or observability
• Proven client-facing consulting experience in professional services or technology consulting
• Architect-level experience with a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platform, preferably with Cisco solutions
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a consulting practice or technical capability
