SPOC Manager

Job Summary

Leading the daily operations of the SPOC department, the full-time SPOC Manager will ensure compliant and efficient delivery of loss mitigation and borrower assistance services while providing strategic leadership to supervisors and staff in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations through subordinate supervisors, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement departmental strategies to support corporate goals and enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and oversee workforce planning and training initiatives

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 6-8 years of experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, or loss mitigation
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing operational teams
• Strong knowledge of loss mitigation programs and foreclosure prevention strategies
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment
