Job Summary
Overseeing fiscal compliance and administration for sponsored projects, the full-time remote Sponsored Projects Manager will develop policies, manage audits, and ensure proper financial reporting and accountability for grants and contracts.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient staffing models and departmental procedures for Sponsored Projects
- Lead the planning and execution of audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and effective monitoring of project performance
- Collaborate with financial analysis teams to assist in financial reporting and analysis related to sponsored projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in Sponsored Projects administration or auditing
- At least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a financial analysis department
- Knowledge of federal grants, contracts, and regulatory compliance
- Preferred certification: CPA (not required)
