SQA Tester (Automation)
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time SQA Tester (Automation) will develop and execute test strategies and scripts, validate requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and traceability for various testing types
- Validate requirements and acceptance criteria across supported applications and workflows
- Record, triage, retest, and close defects while reporting test progress and risks
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of software quality assurance or testing experience
- Experience with test automation frameworks/tools, specifically Provar and Selenium
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and build pipelines
- Salesforce platform knowledge, including data model and security
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials
