Job Summary
To ensure optimal performance and reliability, the remote MS SQL Database Administrator will manage and maintain databases, perform installations and upgrades, and analyze and optimize queries while focusing on database security and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
- Analyze and optimize database queries, structures, and performance tuning using diagnostic tools

Required qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in database administration, specifically with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
- Strong expertise in AWS Database Services and RedHat Linux Administration
- Experience with backup, recovery, and high availability solutions like RMAN and Data Guard
- Proficiency in performance tuning and query optimization
- Ability to manage critical incidents and work effectively under pressure
