SQL Database Engineer
Job Summary
To support the data infrastructure of a healthcare platform, the full-time SQL Database Engineer will build and maintain ETL pipelines, develop database integrations, and ensure data quality while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using T-SQL, PowerShell, and Python
- Develop and support database integrations and ensure compliance with HIPAA requirements
- Design and optimize database schemas, stored procedures, and indexing strategies
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on T-SQL development on Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with ETL processes, including scheduling and error handling
- Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python for automation tasks
- Understanding of healthcare data and HIPAA obligations for PHI
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
