Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator, the full-time remote role will manage the administration, performance optimization, and security of Microsoft SQL Server environments while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams to drive database modernization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft SQL Server environments across production and disaster recovery platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues, including performance bottlenecks and system outages
- Design and implement High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions to ensure data integrity and availability
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of SQL Server Database Administration experience
- Expertise in HA/DR technologies such as Always On, Clustering, and Replication
- Proficient in Performance Tuning and Query Optimization
- Experience with Backup and Recovery Administration
- Strong skills in T-SQL Development and Troubleshooting
