Sr Collections Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Collections & Billing Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers regarding invoice issues through Salesforce cases
- Contact customers about past due balances
- Prepare collection analysis and key metrics weekly
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or 2-5 years of billing and collections experience
- Prior experience with NetSuite and Salesforce (Zuora is a plus)
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Experience with international accounting operations a plus
