Sr. Manager, Medicaid Operations

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing Medicaid operations team, the full-time Sr. Manager, Medicaid Operations will serve as the subject matter expert on Medicaid processing and contracting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in rebate management while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and lead standard operating procedures and business processes for Medicaid operations, ensuring compliance
• Direct the review and approval of Medicaid rebate deliverables to meet government requirements and client SLAs
• Own customer contract setup and data management, ensuring accurate client data from the start

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically with Medicaid agreements and team leadership
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
• Subject matter expertise in Medicaid rebates and experience with rebate systems
• Experience managing multiple client assignments and meeting mandated deadlines
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making
