SRE Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure the reliability and resilience of critical products, the full-time SRE Specialist will serve as a technical reference for Identity & Fraud, implementing SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs while automating processes and conducting incident analyses in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical reference in SRE for Identity & Fraud products, supporting development and operations teams
- Define, implement, and monitor SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs aligned with business objectives
- Automate provisioning, deployment, scalability, and recovery processes while designing observability solutions
Required qualifications
- Solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering in mission-critical environments
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP)
- Advanced knowledge in automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools, particularly Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and best practices for versioning and deployment
