Stability & Documentation Manager

Job Summary

To support the Gummy R&D team, the full-time remote Stability & Documentation Manager will design and manage the stability testing program, ensure accurate documentation for each SKU, and negotiate with testing labs to maintain product quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Run the stability testing program, including setting up protocols and tracking results against shelf-life targets
• Review and maintain the document suite for every SKU, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• Negotiate pricing and scope with third-party testing labs while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in R&D, quality, or product development within regulated categories, preferably with gummy or confectionery experience
• Proven experience designing and running stability studies, including validating test methods for complex matrices
• Knowledge of gummy chemistry and test method compatibility
• Experience negotiating with contract testing labs on price and scope
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
